In our surgeries we instruct our patients how to clean teeth properly and advise them on the most efficient oral hygiene products, which are also available on the spot. The products involve: modern toothbrush (Sonicare), dental floss or oral hygiene liquids. Professional prophylactics performed in the surgery consists of two procedures:

• removing tartar (sanding) - performed by using a mixture of sand and water under high pressure,
• removing supragingival calculus (scaling) - by means of ultrasounds.

In order to preserve beautiful and healthy teeth it is advisable to perform the operation twice a year.

Taking care of your charming and immaculately white smile we offer three different methods of bleaching:

Brite Smile method of bleaching - this method is the most effective and the least troublesome for the patient. It is conducted in the surgery and the whole procedure lasts 1.5 h. The secret of bleaching lies in joint effect of whitening gel and ray of blue light. The result of bleaching not only outweighs other possible methods, but it is also permanent.

Mask bleaching - by means of filling special silicone masks with whitening gel and placing them on the teeth overnight we achieve the desired whitening result after only a few nights of repeating the process. The bleaching process lasts between 7-14 days, depending on the patient's individual needs.

More and more people make an effort to protect their only teeth against loss. Conservative dentistry involves treatment of carries and dental pulp illnesses. Modern equipment and techniques (such as microscope, electronic locator of root apex, digital radiography) enable our medical personnel painless treatment of carious defects, while up-to-date materials provide permanent and aesthetic fillings. Dental pulp treatment is called endodontic treatment (root canal therapy). Endodontic treatment involves basically removal of infected or dead pulp from the root cavity or canal, disinfection and their precise filling with suitable material. Owing to the aforementioned types of anaesthesia, endodontic treatment is practically painless. The effect of the process is a healthy tooth, which is a kind of "vital implant" that can serve the patient for many years.

   Prosthetic dentistry is concerned with missing teeth dentition. This field is of vital importance due to aesthetic reasons as well as protection against mouth function defects, such as chewing or speech. Our surgeries provide complex service of prosthetic restoration, both permanent and removable. Fixed dentures are permanently connected to the patient's teeth. The offer includes:
     • crown-root inlays - applied when severe damage the pulp of teeth occurs. The condition for crown-root inlay insertion is prior root canal therapy,
     • prosthetic crown - fixed prosthetic restoration placed on both vital and dead teeth after their prior grinding. They are used in the case of severe damage of the pulp of the teeth which cannot be restored by applying filling materials,
     • prosthetic bridges - fixed dentition of missing teeth parts,
     • inlay, onlay - ready made porcelain filling,
     • veneer - labial partial crown with porcelain facing. Colour, shape, surface, colour adjustment by means of application of special tooth cement, contact lens effect - all those factors enable to restore the correct look of tooth.

   Dentures can be divided into:
     • removable dentures - placed on foundation and removed by the patient (frame denture, functionally unstable denture, overdenture)
     • fixed dentures - permanently connected to pillar teeth

   With regards to material, we distinguish the following types of dentures:
     • metal
     • acrylic
     • porcelain
     • metal-acrylic
     • metal-porcelain

   Implants are the most modern and comfortable prosthetic restoration. Owing to them, it is possible to restore the lost teeth without the necessity to include in the process the adjoining teeth. In dentistry the term implant denotes an element which substitutes the root of the vital tooth. Introduced surgically into the bone of alveolar process, it enables to perform fixed prosthetic restoration - crown or bridge. It is similar to a small diameter bolt with an inner thread which is designed for prosthetic fixation purposes. Implantation procedures last from 3 to 6 months - it is the so called adaptative period depending on the position of implant and individual healing properties of the organism.

   In the case of wrong teeth alignment or occlusion defects the patients may consult our orthodontist. He offers treatment by means of removable and permanent orthodontic apparatuses. Orthodontic specialist capabilities: moving of teeth with children, adolescents, adults, hence the successful treatment of dentition defects in all cases. The most efficient are permanent apparatuses, which enable precise moving of teeth; treatment of occlusion defect - this process is the easiest and the most effective with children. For this purpose removable apparatuses are used, or functional apparatuses fixed on permanent apparatuses; correcting of the shape of jaws until the process of growth is not finished (children and adolescents). With adult patients, if morphological defects occur, joint orthodontic-surgical and periodonthological-surgical treatment is applied.
